How many diets have you been on?

Finally, a book that explains the importance of being an introvert! If you wonder why you need so much time alone, this book tells you why.
Susan Anderson is THE expert on abandonment issues and healing. I've read other books on this subject, but she is the best. I recommend reading Black Swan first.
I highly recommend any one of these books by Harriet Lerner.
Terrence Real is another one of my favorite authors. His New Rule of Marriage made more sense than any other book I've read on this subject.
Anything that helps us understand how our brains work is well worth the read. These are my favorites!
