Anna’s coaching has been a positive addition to my life. I feel stronger and more in control. I am kinder to myself and am focusing on my strengths to achieve healthy, beneficial relationships and day to day interactions. Anna assists me in refining my vision for the future, creating an action plan for getting there, and working step-by-step toward fulfilling those goals. In addition to the one-to-one coaching, she provides resources that offer additional growth opportunities. My coach is also a cheerleader. She is available to me to analyze immediate conditions or concerns, facilitate revisions to plans as needed, and encourages me along the way. I am a work in progress. With the help of my life coach, I am no longer that vehicle careening out of control or wandering aimlessly out for a Sunday drive. Now, I am in the driver’s seat with a road map that will get me where I want to go. I am moving forward, full speed ahead!

When I was at a cross road in my life and I needed help in making a decision on what it was that I really wanted to do, all I needed to do was to talk to my coach, Anna Manning. She effortlessly guided me through our sessions, by helping me discover what it was that I really considered important in my life. Once I had that question answered, I knew everything else would fall into place. With her help, I was able to overcome these annoying mental notes I was making to myself about what I SHOULD do with my life versus what I really wanted to do and why I wanted to go down that path. I definitely grew as a person during our time together and I would highly recommend her to anyone who asks. She has the innate ability to get to the root of a problem, and then she makes you work through the problem by using problem solving tools that you never knew you had!

Anna helped me see for the first time in my life that I take my unresolved issues into all my new relationships. She helped me see my patterns by asking one simple question, "How has that shown up in your life before?" It was hard to change my patterns, but she kept asking me, "How do you want him to treat you?" And when I'd say, "Well, I don't want..." she'd clear her throat and ask the same question again. It was then that I realized that I didn't know how I wanted to be treated! And that's when I quit arguing for my limitations and got down to work on designing the life and the relationship that I wanted. Her workbooks are fantastic! Anna's not a therapist; she wouldn't help me resolve my past, but she sure knows how to help a person create a new future. I also really appreciate that I can now call her on an as needed basis. Having a coach to help me process my thoughts before I do something stupid is priceless!
