What Clients Say

According to David Wood, author of The Truth about Women:

"It is widely understood, but rarely admitted, that a woman exerts a powerful influence over her man's happiness. Guys, you know how when she is lit up, and shining, that you usually have a great day? The world seems brighter, everything is where it should be, and life is good. However, you also know that when she's in a bad mood, you're in trouble! Whether it is conscious or unconscious, a woman has an extraordinary ability to influence her man's happiness."

What do you think makes a woman happy? As much as you'd like to believe it, it's not necessarily material possessions. A woman is happy when she feels safe and secure. When a woman does not feel safe and secure, that's when she gets controlling. Safety and security are very important for a woman! If she does not feel safe and secure with her partner, it usually means she does not trust him. And if she does not trust him, she most likely does not want to be sexual with him.

Does this sound like something you're experiencing? What makes your partner feel safe and secure? If you don't know, try asking her.

Although good communication skills are important for a successful relationship, it is NOT the most important! The most important skill to have is the ability to take ownership of your experience. That is, take full responsibility for any emotional charge attached to any situation. Blaming others or playing victim will keep you stuck in old patterns of conflict.

How can a coach help? I will coach you on communication skills. I will help you bridge the gap between between "man speak" and "woman speak". I will help you develop strategies on conflict resolution before the issue festers.
