How do you get what you want?

Now that depends on what exactly is it that you want, doesn't it? And this, my new friend, is open to infinite possibilities. Now the fun begins!

Step one: Focus on what you want. Be very clear about it. Still not sure...

Step two: Eliminate all negative self-talk. Eliminate all limitations. Eliminate all excuses. (This is the toughest step! And this is where a coach does her best work! The ego mind resists change: It will perceive new information in such a way as to prevent change.)

Step three: Do backward planning.

Step four: Be prepared to receive what you want. Eliminate all obstacles to getting what you want.
