What if... What if I told you that one year from today, you would be at your ideal weight, how would you feel about that? Well, one year from today is going to happen whether you want it to or not. But being at your ideal weight will only happen if YOU want it to happen. You have the power to make this a reality. How would you feel if you knew - without a doubt - that you could attain and maintain your ideal weight? What would you like your life to be like one year from today? What about 6 months from today? What about one month from today? How can coaching help? Coaching will help you get clear on what you envision for your physical self. Through strategic questioning, you will develop strategies for eating to live vs. living to eat, not because you have to, but because you want to.
